Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission: Maximum 1-page of abstract writing, and an optional 1 page of figures and/or tables.

Topics

This Workshop will focus on recent materials and device advancements across a wide range of topics including:

  • Theory, Modeling and Simulation
  • Bulk Growth
  • Epitaxial Growth
  • Electronic Transport and Breakdown Phenomena
  • Dielectric Interfaces
  • Advanced Characterization Techniques
  • Electronic and Photonic Devices, Circuits and Applications
  • Material and Device Processing and Fabrication Techniques
  • Heterogeneous Material Integration

    Abstracts should clearly and concisely state the purpose of the work, specific results, and how the material/device technology is advanced.

Contributed Oral

Time allotted: 12 minute presentation, plus 3 minutes for questions and answers (15 minutes total).

Invited Oral

Time allotted: 25 minute presentation, plus 5 minutes for questions and answers (30 minutes total).

Audio-Visual Setup:
The conference room will be set up with a screen, microphone, LCD projector, and PC. For all speakers, please load your presentation on to the GOX 2024 provided computer prior to the start of the session or during a session break.

Poster Instructions

Poster Location: Poster sessions will be held in the Hall on the first floor of Knowlton Hall at the Ohio State University. Poster presenters are requested to be present at (or near) their poster during the times scheduled for poster viewing

Poster Size:  Poster presenters will be provided with a blank board and push pins for mounting posters at the setup times listed below. The poster boards will be 48 inches wide x 48 inches high and will be marked with your poster number that is listed in the program. Please make your poster no larger than 46 inches wide by 46 inches high.

Poster Hours and Setup: Everyone is welcome to leave their posters displayed for both sessions but you are only expected to present during the scheduled session noted in your acceptance email.

Poster Removal: Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any posters left on the boards after the session-any remaining posters will be discarded.
